客户需提供的资料
     需要注册的公司名称：英文为准，中文为辅
     公司各成员的身份证明文件：护照或身份证，扫描件
     公司各位成员的地址证明文件：银行账单，电话账单，驾驶执照等，扫描件

办理过程
     客户提供上述资料 
     签订委托协议
     收取办理费用订金（所有注册费用50%）
     申请注册文件
     客户签署注册文件
     我方在15个工作日完成新公司注册

     Memorandum of  the First Director  in Lieu of  Board Minutes 首任董事会议记录
     Consent to Act as Director 董事委任同意书
     Consent to Act as Secretary 秘书委任同意书
     Application for Share(s) 股份申请书
     A booklet of Share Certificates 股票册
     Corporate Seal and chop  公司钢印和长形签名章
